Whole Heart Workshop

Loss comes in many forms — we'll join together as a community to discuss and share what loss means to us, how to grow through it in a healthy manner, while continuing to live life and understand the joys that we can hold close on a daily basis through a challenging time. We'll learn to create balance and unify our mind, body and spirit connection to empower us individually, as well as in community. Each week will be accompanied by a healing movement practice so we can discover ourselves in the freedom of moving through loss together. This series is only for girls and women age 16+.
