Kids Yoga

n this class students will learn how to be warriors in their own life: to show strength, compassion; to love  themselves and to love others. Yoga for kids isn't about perfecting alignment. Yoga for kids includes games, imagination, partner-poses, silly breathing techniques, art, stories and more. Yoga gives students an outlet to be creative in their own bodies and minds. It gives them techniques to understand that they can identify and control their own emotions, and it teaches them to be a kind presence to others and themselves. This class allows them to just be themselves! No experience in yoga is necessary. Ages 4-10

This is a 4-week series from October 21st -November 11th.  Cost is $40.  Parents are not allowed :) so take some time for yourself while your little one has their own fun!
