Spirit Dance

Is dancing part of your soul? Love to be around the energy of other beings while you dance, but really want to embody you own rhythm and dance.  Join us for our bi-weekly practice, each class will begin with grounding meditation, progressing to a individual integration of music and movement.  The music set will move us from slow intentional motion, to a impassioned, energetic state and then return with assimilation and a settled relaxation.  

This class is chem-free for the safety of all dancers.
