Gentle Yoga

This is a class for beginners as well as those who have more experience. The students move slowly in and out of poses. With a focus on balance and alignment, stretching and strengthening the muscles, as well as lengthening the connective tissues students will achieve the benefits of increased stability and the range of motion. Accommodations, including supportive props, will be provided if needed.
