Aerial Fitness

This is a 60 minute practice, using a two-point aerial yoga swing,  Postures in this practice are designed to strengthen, lengthen, and stabilize your body.  You will be able to access therapeutic inversions and end the class with an incredible floating savasana!

*If you have your own swing or hammock at home this is a wonderful class to learn some home techniques!
