Group Class & Private Yoga Instruction
Yoga sessions to accommodate specific practice goals. Pulling from a variety of styles (including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Aerial) Carissa will work with you to acquire a greater appreciation of your own body along with its potential and limitations. We love to spread joy through movement...what about your next birthday party or team building event hanging from our aerial swings or with a energized vinyasa flow class!
Balanced Athlete® Coaching
This individualized coaching session (with a heavy focus on structural integration and movement efficiency) will help to identify and correct compensatory movement patterns in the body allowing you to access everyday movements with greater fluidity and ease.
This floor-based, clothes-on treatment combining Shiatsu and Thai massage is designed to balance and/or restore the vital flow of energy throughout the body. Sessions may include a combination of yoga-based stretches, muscle compression, rhythmic pressure, joint mobilization, and acupressure.
Massage for Relaxation
Swedish massage in which gentle to medium pressure of the hands is applied to the body for the purpose of rest and relaxation. Aromatherapy may be added to your session to heighten the holistic experience and/or allow for greater relaxation and restoration of energy balance in the body.
