Fall in New England is a wonderful time to get outside and enjoy the beauty of the region. If you enjoy being outside in autumn, use this opportunity to do some movements designed to keep your body healthy.
Some suggestions include:
Full body stretching.
Body weight squats, lunges, planks or sit ups.
Light or heavy jumping in place or while moving. Like jumping jacks, skipping or jogging.
